2 yrs ago I hav encountered a serious hairfall issue , contacted a dermatologist that time in my city , hairfall got controlled with revilus shampoo and minoxidil topical solution and a biotin tablet.  Then after 3 months I stopped coz covid arrived and didn't got the appointment Again with the coming winters I m feeling the same thing - hairfall and hair thinning also a little dandruff. Kindly suggest some medications ( I hav previously used some as described above)
