I am suffering from hair loss and buildup in the scalp and dandruff. Please suggest medicines and/or treatment as well as daily tips for maintainence .

ketoconazole 1percent plus salicylic acid shampoo twice a week. ( for 6 weeks) NO OIL TO BE USED (if your hairs are dry you can use deep conditioner or hair serum) if you need to shampoo frequently you can use normal shampoo in between proper sun protection(cover with scarf hat or umbrella while going out) wash pillow covers regularly and do not share comb with others

My friend ,many thing in this world subside with time.dandruff generally seen in winter.use just lemon juice with olive oil over scalp for half n hour then wash.do it on alternate day for 2 week.and it's gone.
