I have been experiencing hairfall since 4 months afee abortion. The hairfall has slowed down but hasnt stopped entirely. It keeps changing. Last time i checked, my thyroid was 2.5, ferritin was 29.5. My hair density has decreased. Will prp work in this case? Or if it is the hormonal imbalance, how should i correct it? How many sessions of prp will work if they do? And will the hairfall completely stop after prp? And will my hair grow back to how it was before?
