Hair transplant after Epilepsy cured

I have a problem of epilepsy 7-8 years ago, I got its treatment done by a neurologist, which is completely cured now. But sometimes due to lack of sleep, i feel a spark in my brain only sometimes due to lack of sleep Can i go for hair transplant or not
