Hair thinning in front part of scalp

I have always had problems with hair; the hair at the front part of my scalp has been thinning for quite some time and I lose hair too. Is it because of dandruff or what could possibly be the reason? I am a female and I oil my scalp once a week using almond oil, as of recent. Which kind of doctor do I need to see to deal with this?

Treatment for Hair fall:- Tab. Keraglo eva once daily for 3 months. Qilib women solution 6-8 sprays once daily at night for one month Use Anaphase shampoo.Increase intake of protein diet & Green leafy vegetables. Check blood test for Thyroid & Haemoglobin. If bald patches:- Tugain 5% solution for application 1ml at night for one month.
