Hair thinning and receding hairline

I am suffering from hair thinning and receding hairline, how can I avoid it . I went for full body checkup and my vitamin d was 8 ng/ml 2 months back . I am taking supplements but still experiencing hair fall . Not me even I am watching most of the boys of my age have same problem, very less men have good quality of hair , why is it so and how can I avoid it too . I don't want to lose my hair
