Greetings. You seem to be having andro genetic alopecia. This is common in those who are genetically predisposed to it, however, losing and thinning of hair early in adulthood can be depressing and may cause one to look older than one actually is. You'll need to see a qualified dermatologist near you. Further use of hair growth promoting lotions like minoxidil under prescription is advisable. PRP therapy is a good option and promising results with same are seen. A diet rich in proteins, fruits and veggies is suggested. Avoid or stop smoking if u r a smoker. Depending on your state, a re transplant may be needed. Discuss these options with a qualified dermatologist near you in detail. (Caution: do not lured by unreast claims and offers by quacks who claim to be specialists in trichology n cosmetic sciences or even saloons. Make sure u are treated by a qualified dermatologist).
Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru .
