Hlw doc...i have thick and long hair in my chest and belly and also in shoulder...how can i remove it permanent...and is it safe to do these...????

yes it is safe... you can use laser hair reduction using DIODE laser... multiple sessions would be needed. it will decrease the speed of growth and the width of hair fibre to a very great extent. hope this is helpful.
