Hi. Greetings. You can see a qualified dermatologist near you and then decide. Using laser is a possibility, and the mark may face to some extent but recurrences are known. The hair can be done away with laser. I am not how good or feasible option would tattooing be. Further queries may be sent on follow up messaging.
