First rashes slowly started in scalp, lower abdomen, elbow area, chest, back, leg. This was abt 2 yes back. Since last year rashes got severe with itching at times bleeding. No doctors consulted but ensured clean clothes, savlon soap, regular shampoo. I work in a steel plant with lots of pollution. Since 6 months back there was coin size patch with no hair at back of head. Used FLUCORT 0.25 for 2 months but started eyebrow loss. Used 0.1 FLUCORT for eyebrow and 0.25 for scalpbfor another 2 months. No use only losses increased. Then started MINOKEM-n 5% for 2 months with folvite at night. Weekly 2 days weekly 2 days DECMAX 8 G in morning. But last 2 months no result. Now 1 eyebrow almost gone . patches all over head. Almost 70% hair gone. Shaving head twice a week . head covered by cotton dhoti piece Fromm morning 8 am to evening 6 or 7 pm. Regular drinker... Daily 1 or 2 pegs in evening. Sgpt 60. GGT 140. Plz suggest.
