Hair loss in eyebrow

Currently I am suffering from hairfall in eyebrow. As 4 months back i discovered an alopecia areata patch which was recovered almost 80%, i thought it to be alopecia areata. Untill week back i visited a dermatogist who told that it's not alopecia areata (as it's not patchy). It was diagnosed as seberrohic dermatitis as I have dandruff. But still after treatment the dandruff are still here and hairfall is still happening in both my eyebrows. Kindly help
