I'm experiencing a hair loss from past one year, I m under medication from renowned doctor. But from past few months I'm experiencing more hairfall and my doctor says that it's a case of Aloepecia. How can I stop my hairfall and get my original hair back

It has to be diagnosed why hairfall is occurring..consult skin doctor... Till then use hairgro gel..

Hi.. Hair fall at your age is more of male pattern hair loss. It is a progressive condition, needs continous treatment for at least 6 months. There are better options like PRP hair or Mesotherapy for hair growth. Consult me in person, so I can examine your hair using digital magnascope.
