Hello Doctors, I'm having hair thinning problems from the last couple of years especially in the crown areas. The hairline is also receding. Recently started noticing bald spots. I've consulted a doctor who prescribed Finaprost 1 mg tablet and Minoxidil 5% which I've already started using. But one of my friends told me that Finaprost has got some serious issues / side effects especially with sexual health. I'm getting married very soon . Please advise it I've to stop using Finaprost or anything can be done to reduce side effects. Will it cause any issue in family life ? Please advise. Thank you in advance
