I was suggested to take 30 ml of prp injection for one sitting ...I have some existing hair ..will it be useful to take one sitting or I should go for multiple sittings for reduced amount like 8-10ml per sitting??

Multiple sessions of prp only would help you if you want to see hair regrowth. 8ml of prp per session is the standard treatment.
