Hi Please check if your hair which is falling is broken or falling from the roots. If you can see the roots in the hair please contact a dermatologist who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate hair care products as well as vitamin supplements and serum. If the hair is broken please consider using a good hair masque for helping hair repair. In both conditions please eat plenty of protein in your diet and include fruits and vegetables.
