hi there,   first we need to evaluate any local or generalised causes of hair loss and treat the identifiable causes. even stress can cause this kind short burst of hair loss, called telogen effluvium,... if you have androgenic alopecia, then you will be benefitted by proper hair care and medications... once hair fall is arrested, if there is hair line recession, then hair transplant can be considered for restoration of hair line.
