I am losing hair at a fast rate and I have. a dandruff problem also.Please suggest a  convenient solution for this

hi    hair fall occcurs due to dandruff also . there may be other causes like thyroid problem , stress . nutrition deficiency( iron deficiency, genetic . so consult dermatologist they will examine and do relevant investigations and suggest treatment . take protein rich diet . do head massage every alternateday.
