Can do a CBC, check for iron deficiency. Teeth grinding, (bruxism) most commonly is due to day time anxiety and stresses
Next Steps
Restrict junk. Give nutritious snack items. Talk to the child to address anxiety issues.
Health Tips
Dental check up may be needed if bruxism persists

Get her checked physically for anemia. Iron deficiency can cause hair loss and decreased apetite. Biting during sleep is called sleep bruxism. Common causes are vit d, b12 deficiency or stress. Both deficiencies can also cause hair loss.
Next Steps
consult pediatrician for checkup and supplementation
Health Tips
keep junk foods unavailable to her. don't get them home.
