Hair fall at some spot.

Hello doctor, I have an issue with hair fall. I have to use helmet regularly but after some time hair start falling and my friend advice to use olive oil but it has no effect on my hair, rather it start falling more. Right now I am using a oil from khadhi an ayurvedic oil from 3 day. Kindly help me and advice me what to do to stop hair falling and growing more hair.

Oils of this kind are not going to benefit you much . Oils are just needed to help you groom the hair well. At your age it seems you are having male Androgenetic alopecia which has more of genetic component .
