Hello I am facing sever hair fall from past 7 years. Already gond through so many treatments but till the time i ll b under medication it ll be in control , once i stop taking it ll again start. Hair density have reduced lot. Pls help with this. My facial skin is getting veru dull and rough. There are small pimples which are visible in sunlight which makes mt skin look veru rough.even m taking proper diet also but still no improvement.
