You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

Hi. Greetings. Hair fall in women could occur due to variety of reasons including 1. Genetic and hereditary factors 2. Iron and other nutritional deficiencies 3. Hormonal variations or imbalances 4. Sudden Weight loss or any infections or any major physical or mental stress the body has been through. So this may need due examination,  evaluation and detailed history of course.  Please see a qualified dermatologist near you or you could consult online.
