Dandruff itself can cause hairfall. Livon is a conditioner and makes the hair smooth. It doesn't reduce dandruff. It reduces breaking and tangling of hair when combing. For your dandruff you could use a ketoconazole shampoo to wash your scalp. If it is severe you may need tablets for a few days. You can use the shampoo to wash your hair daily for a month and then reduce the frequency to alternate days for the 2nd month. Weekly once or twice for maintainence. Please get it checked by a dermatologist in case your hairloss persists even after dandruff is under control. If you are going bald, then you are probably suffering from Androgenetic alopecia. The treatment for that needs to be started after your dandruff has come under control. Androgenetic alopecia is progressive and gives better results if treatment is started early. Hello. .. Dandruff is a type of fungal infection. Use topical antifungals like 2%ketaconazole shampoo alternate days at least for one month. Once fungal infection is controlled hair fall ll be controlled to some extent. To stop hair fall to maximum extent and to induce regrowth of hair many therapies are available out of which PRP is most effective. Consult a dermatologist for prp therapy
