My normal hair color is changing from dark brown to Grey and red. I take proper meals & water. No tensions, no stress. Using ayurvedic shampoo.

Hello.. Changes in the hair colour might also be due to pollution, water changes etch...Apart from the causes you mention...So it's better you consult a dermatologist and then decide further...Thank you
