I am unmarried. I had a diagnostic (for undiagnosed pelvic pain) and operational ( found cysts) laparoscopy for endometriotic cysts (size-3×2×1 cms) on 28th Oct,2016. After one month from surgery I was put on duphaston tablets. After 3 months from surgery, I got an USG done. It stated 'There is evidence of cystic lesion with internal echoes and septations in left adenaxae about 4.3cm×4.2cm. The impression mentioned is 'Left adenaxae haemorrhagic cyst'. Along with this I have symptom of constant urge to urination. I also had this same symptom prior to surgery. I am currently taking Femilon as suggested and my gynaecologist prescribed medicines like urifast and some antibiotics for this urine sensation thing. My urine report is normal. My doctor said the cyst is functional. But I am worried as I am getting these urinary symptoms which are similar to my prior surgery symptoms. My pelvic pain has reduced, though no completely gone. I am still worried. Please suggest. I have attached USG report

ENDOMETRIOSIS is a disease which is not easy to cure. It can ONLY be controlled. AS PER YOU, The earlier laparoscopic operation showed  cysts, but what was done to them. Were they removed ?. . If removed, the ovaries are preserved and in these the cysts can recur despite treatment.. . The hemorrhagic cyst could be one such recurrence, but it suggests you need more treatment to supress your ENDOMETRIOSIS. Seek a good gynecologist in your vicinity and get the treatment done.
