Haemoglobin

I had a blood test recently and my Haemoglobin level came 10.7. Although I don't feel much weakness or tiredness, can run 2kms, exercise regularly. What can be the possible reason for low haemoglobin? What food items should I take? Is it required to take iron supplements?

Hello...... If you have no symptoms repeat  the test,  take green  leafy  vegetables,  non-vegetarian food,  jaggery,  dry  fruit..  These are iron  containing foods only  helps  in iron  deficiency anemia... Peripheral  smear is required....  Consult general physician with report.....
