I have gone through neurosurgery 15 months ago and my haemoglobin is 10.8 since then. Even now it's 10.8. i take a balanced diet with 1 fruit daily is must. Drink water a lot. My weight is 63 kgs and height 5 feet 2 inches. My haemoglobin is not increasing even drank syrup of hemtaglobin and dexorange.
