Hello i recently (yesterday) saw i have red dots that look like i might say on my arm one is tiny and the other is not that big but today one of them became a numb, and i discovered one on my neck today it’s more red than the other, i was just really worried if it’s something serious i’ve been sexually active but not had sex is that why?
