I had protected sex with a commercial sex worker using a condom for 5 mins. After that she removed the condom , I washed my genital area after 5 hours. Am I under trouble?

No.. Till the time you suspect anything FISHY, you are safe. Be more safe and adopt good practice. Removing condom wasn't a good idea esp when you know the other person has multiple sexual partners.
