I have had red blood in my stool for at least 2 days now with no other symptoms. Solid stools with no pain and No constipation. I am in a foreign country and I am not sure if I can afford the medical bills for multiple tests and or treatment here. I am wondering what else to look for in order to know whether or not I should seek immediate medical attention?

Hi you need to define few things wether this bleeding was associated with pain / quantity of blood passed , colour - bright red / clot. Could help you out.
