I was diagonised with an acute infarct one year back after having an episode for 30sec - 1min where my right limbs were numb and had trouble with speech. Was given medication of blood thinners after that. I didnt notice any symptoms after that, but want to do a follow up checkup as a precaution. Please advise how I should go ahead.
