Recently, my friend was speaking on phone and got a pain while speaking and later after a day she used milk to pour into the ear and found blood when she insert cotton into the ear. So she is getting pain.. May I know what would be the problem

please avoid putting milk or any other liquids in the ear..please do not put cotton buds..there may be an injury in the ear due to such experiments and so the bleeding ..kindly visit an E.N.T asap to get the ear canals checked
