I did endoscopy then detected with h pylori. So 2 weeks on medication but after that how we got to know if it's completely cured or not ..what tests?

UREA BREATH TEST should be done to know wether H pylori is eliminated completely

There are blood and stool test available at labs to test eradication Also after h pylori treatment you need further treatment for gastritis etc to completely heal
