H pylori and food habits!

So, due to this h pylori and taking medications, i have lost considerable amount of muscle mass. Whoever sees me says you've gone too thin, which further makes me worried. My appetite is same, my weight used to be 70kgs, its stuck at 65.5 to 66.3 kgs now, no matter how much I eat its stuck there. Only change i have done is I don't eat junk food anymore, since 8-9 months. I eat only homemade food. Since last 2-3 months, i have been in two different antibiotics triple therapy courses for h pylori, due to eating those medications i lost further weight :(. How do I gain weight back? My doctor has advised to avoid milk, fruits and citrus things. Can I take whey protein (isolate)? And can I replace cow milk with soy or almond milk? Please help me to gain weight, i look malnourished now :(. My upper body has shrunk around 4-5 cm :(. Please guide me. My height is 5'7, weight is okay as per this, but i look malnourished due to shrinkage of upper body muscles. Please help!

Hello, for your height, u have a healthy weight now! People struggle to lose weight. What muscle mass u have lost, do not worry u will gain it back.

Do not stress out over this or your work issues too as it will increase your gastritis. Your diet is good now, u can consume whey protein, soy or almond milk as u please.
Health Tips
If you are a non vegetarian, then do take eggs, chicken n fish too. Relax, exercise n sleep well you will be fine.
