Doctor suggested pantocid hp for 2 weeks but after 2 day tablet i stopped medicine dude severe stomaxh pain and burning is their any issue on thia

Either 1 of the medicine is not suiting you or it may be due to gastritis itself. So either the medicine have to be changed of some medicines have to be added.
