To diagnose gynaecomastia doctor need to palpate and measure the sub areolar deposition.....so meet MD physician

Hello, this swelling met be gynacomastia if present maybe due to puberty or it may be just be Lipomastia. It needs an evaluation by an Endocrinologist for clinical & hormonal work up as required. Pls consult an endocrinologist for further advise, thanks.
