My mom age is 52 and this is her biopsy report, do we need to go for surgery? Nature of specimen: 1.Ectoservix 2.Endoservix 3 . endommeterial tissue for HPE Gross appearance: received 1 gray white bit, 2 multiple tiny bits, 3 multiple dark brown bits Microscopic appearance & opinion: Ectoservix: chronic nonspecific cervicitis Endoservix: chronic nonspecific Endo cervicitis Endometrium: non secretory phase
