Your UTI symptoms together with a low
AMH and periods missing for two months usually point to two separate issues, not one. The UTI needs confirming with a urine test and a short antibiotic course. A low AMH alongside missed periods often comes from PCOS,
thyroid changes or stress hormones rather than low ovarian reserve by itself, and needs blood tests and a pelvic ultrasound to clarify what is happening for you.
Next Steps
Get a urine routine and culture test, your
thyroid and hormone panels, and a pelvic ultrasound done. Keep your fluids up for the UTI symptoms meanwhile.
Health Tips
If your breathlessness becomes frequent or severe, get that checked by a physician too, since it needs separate review. Please see a gynaecologist in person for a full workup and the right treatment plan for you.
