You have two options- ivf or tubal recanalization. Ivf (test tube baby) has a success rate of 40-50% . Tubal recanalization is a surgery to reconnect the tubes again. After surgery the chances of getting good tubes is about 50- 60 %. If it fails you have to consider ivf only. After successful recanalization your chances of conception is about 70-80% over the next 2 years.
