Hello sir, I am not having my periods for two months. sometimes my lower abdomen is paining. I have done the pregnancy test also . It was negative. Why I am not having periods and having periods. Am I pregnant?

Reason may be thyroid disorder, pcos, stress, obesity, hormonal imbalance. Get beta Hcg test done for confirmation
