I hve persistent white thin discharge per vaginum..its not foul smelling..not causing itching...no redness

Pre menstrual and during ovulation, discharge increases. If there is no itching , pain and very much copious in amount. Not to worry.

Hello, It is not uncommon. Certain hormone changes have been known to cause persistent white discharge in some women. Usually resolves on its own.
Next Steps
Consult if there is any foul smell, itching, redness or any rash appears. Also consult if the discharge is very heavy that it requires multiple sanitary napkins a day.
