I don't know if i have gynacomastia or my chest nipples are just swollen a bit... It doesn't pains at all.. Then is it gynacomastia??? From working out it isn't solving.. Rather than surgery what options do I have..? & Most importantly which doctor shall I approach ? Gynecologist/ surgen /Dermat or what ?
