My gums are losing the teath, because of this food getting stuck, also black layer near top part of the teath

You require a thorough scaling as it’s a sign of periodontitis . regular oral hygiene checkups post the scaling . Black on top of teeth as you have mentioned is hardened plaque called calculus which is removed by scaling .
