Why my gums are always inflamming,burning sensation ,and sourness feeling. Plz doctor tell me how to avoid it . And what's the problem

Can you attach one more clear photographs of effected area. It's a little bit blurred. I think their is calculus deposit and attrition on your tooth. Need to know full history before diagnosing anything. Still have queries then you can consult me online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
