Gulping problem

Cant able to gulp properly, if try to gulp i feel jerk at that tym n catch something at that time only i able to gulp, due to this i cant able to concentrate,plz help me out

Hello.. Well try to do the process slowly and then you will get accustomed to it...I understand that it must be really troubling you...I suggest you to meet an Ent specialist first and get yourself examined..if required we can further refer you....
