Severe itching in groin area. Dark pink small patches. Have been applying Neosporin powder and cream but but limited and temporary effect. Seems to be some fungal problem.

You need to consult a dermatologist as the fungal infection are very resistant to treatment these days and DO NOT self medicate with steroid creams
