Groin pain, both sides

I have been experiencing pain on both sides of the groin as well as the hips while walking or moving a certain way for the past couple weeks. It started in my left groin about 3 or 4 months ago, then it moved to the right side as well. It feels like it is pulling on my left testicle when I walk. The pain has been on and off again. Some days are better than others. Please help
