Groin pain and back pain

Pain in left side of urinary bladder since 3 days. Pain comes in every 30-40 second and goes back.(radiating in groin area) Also lower back pain. No fever,no burning while urination, no blood in urine. Kindly tell possible cause and treatment. Regards

get an ultrasound and urine test maybe its ureteric colic
