Groin itch with rashes, blisters &blood

I have been suffering from groin itch for more than 6 months. i have used cipla fourderm, itch guard, dermikem OC antifungal cream, also applied listerine, white and apple vinegars, and coconut oil. Rashes are even running upto my navel and down to my inner thighs. I am undergoing sleepless nights all over through itching and scratching. pls suggest me good anti fungal tablets and a perfect cream for my prblm
