Hello Doctor, my baby is 5 months old and from past 3 days I observed grey stools. Does this indicate any serious issue, should I need to consult any paediatrician. Please suggest me.

Stools in children may vary in color from pale yellow to green to brown. If by gray you mean they are whitish, then it may need evaluation. So better consult one.
