My hair is grey from 10 years old & lot of dandruff my age is 23 please help making my hair whole black please help

Grey hair :- Increase intake of Protein diet. Check Blood test-Haemoglobin and T3,T4,TSH Dandruff:- Keraglo AD Shampoo three times in a week. Sebowash Shampoo once in a week. Stop Oil application.
